Kongkiat has introduced Space dyed yarn into the market for a very long time.
In the past, we can product on reactive base space dyed which are cotton,
cvc, and TC. With the new technique and development, we can now producing
space dyed yarn on polyester part. We can use the disperse dyestuff to produce
the space dye effect. We can make every colour like in cotton space dyed.
The benefits of polyester space dye are
1.) Tolerance to bleaching or reactive overdye.
Customer can with polyester space dye with other regular cotton, tc or
cvc then do the bleaching or reactive dyeing on the fabric. The colour of the
polyester space dye will remain the same after dyeing. Customer can design
many stripe, end on end feeder knitting because of this technique.
2.) More depth color
Color of the disperse is easier to dye with higher depth value compare
to reactive dyed.
3.) Less cost for fancy item
the cost of the polyester is lower than cotton. Doing space dyeing on
polyester eliminate the need of shading charge. Also there is no
bleaching require before we produce the polyester space dye so we
can lower the cost on production
4.) Luminous color
With disperse colour, we can experiment with luminous colour which
cannot be done on reactive product. We select many luminous colour
combination to make the polyester space dye standout of other fancy
item.
